Episode 76: Bermuda Triangle: Disorientation, and Destruction

This episode of the Sofa King Podcast explores the facts, myths, and misinformation surrounding one of the greatest mysteries of our day—The Bermuda Triangle.

Known also as the Devil’s Triangle, this supposed phenomenon extends in a triangle from the tip of Florida to Puerto Rico and Bermuda. Though the US Navy and Coast Guard officially deny this region’s existence, allegedly more ships and planes vanish here under mysterious circumstances than anywhere else on the planet.

Starting in 1945 with the famous disappearance of five torpedo bombers known as Flight 19 (as well as their search plane which exploded the same night under strange circumstance), the Triangle has been something many listeners are curious to learn more about. Do more disappearances happen here than elsewhere in the world? Listen and found out. On one paranormal, we talk energy vortexes, rips in space-time, electronic fogs, UFOs, the souls of dead slaves (yes, you read that right) and Atlantis. On the mundane side, we talk magnetic anomalies, methane hydrates, and cold statistics. If you are one of the many listeners who wanted to hear about the Devil’s Triangle, this is the episode for you!
